All I can say is WOW! When we decided to make the move from Calgary back to the area we grew up in we looked at a TON of houses! When I stumbled upon the Dwyer Homes model in Strathroy I was blown away! The details that went into the building of their homes was fantastic! We have had the pleasure of building with the Dwyer Family twice, most recently this past year with our daughter to build a fully handicapped accessible home. This was a new experience for both the Dwyers and ourselves- but from the initial planning and designing stages to completion, our daughter's needs were top of mind for the Dwyers. So much thought and consideration went into the building of our daughter's home- all of her needs were anticipated and acted upon. As a 22 year old building her first house, the Dwyers gave her the guidance and patience she needed to make the numerous decisions in the process. We are confident in the quality of the supplies used and tradespeople who worked on the house. Our daughter had many unique decorative ideas and they brought them to life! And the best part of the whole experience is the the Dwyer Family are wonderful, good people who live in our neighborhood. Having built with them in the past, we already knew that they were only a phone call away if there were any questions or concerns.
